Salsify crop

We are harvesting salsify, also called ‘winter asparagus’ or ‘vegetbale oyster’, for its scrumptious flavor. Difficult to peel and clean, salsify is also given the less flattering name 'kitchen maid grief'. Fortunately, we are cleaning them for you!
